Help Support Advances in Research and Clinical Care
The UCSF Foundation was established in 1982 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation to advance the interests and promote the welfare of the University of California, San Francisco by raising funds to meet critical needs, sponsoring educational programs and involving friends and supporters in the work of the University. In recent years, UCSF has grown increasingly dependent on the Foundation to cultivate private support as on average only 11 percent of the University's operating budget comes from state sources. Donations to the Department of Neurological Surgery can be made through the UCSF Foundation online by clicking on the link below. There are a variety of ways to support Neurological Surgery at UCSF: pledges; outright gifts; planned giving options, including trusts and bequests; and endowed giving opportunities.
